Christmas Day baby a wonderful surprise for first-time parents

“We expected him to come on Boxing Day.”
Ms Do Rozario said there were complications during the delivery.
“He had his umbilical cord around his neck twice and was sunny side up but he just made it in time for Christmas Day,” she said.
“I couldn’t believe it when they told me because my mum said that I had the exact same thing – the umbilical cord wrapped around twice.”
Ms Do Rozario said when she first saw Arlyn she was speechless.
“I’m still in awe. He looks like an elf has a cap on and he is already so cheeky,” she said.
Ms Do Lorenzo said Arlyn was the second family member born on December 25, following her late grandfather Cecil.
“I loved him very much,” she said.
“He was in the Australian Army and went to Vietnam. The family would go…
