Professor Chris Whitty has effectively ruled out the prospect of a coronavirus vaccine affecting people’s fertility.
England’s Chief Medical Officer dispelled concerns of the jab as officials addressed the nation on Monday.
He was asked about concerns about the vaccine during a press conference alongside Health Secretary Matt Hancock.
It comes after baseless claims about the vaccine circulated online in recent weeks.
