Manly star Daly Cherry-Evans has voiced his concern over the NRLs recent spate of injuries, asking how far the game is willing to push player welfare for the sake of entertainment.
The comments from Cherry-Evans, who was recently made president of the Rugby League Players Association, came as Roosters coach Trent Robinson revealed he only has 19 fit players inside the clubs top squad for their clash against the Warriors on Sunday, and that hell need an exemption from the NRL to fill team list requirements.
