Australian-first heat mapping technology and virtual ‘queues’ will help Chadstone Shopping Centre reopen its doors safely.

Chadstone Shopping Centre will be taking all precautions as it prepares to reopen under Melbournes eased COVID-19 restrictions.
From the centres COVID control room, staff will use heat-mapping technology to determine if any patrons pose a health risk.
Centre Manager Michael Whitehead says cameras are an Australian first.
They can also be used to determine whether appropriate social distancing is taking place.
