CEO exits as Cleanaway battles ACCC on Suez – The Australian Financial Review

In Australia, Cleanaway is already the largest waste company with 5300 rubbish trucks on the road and contracts with more than 100 local councils.
Jarden analyst Jakob Cakarnis estimates Cleanaway could extract between $50 million and $60 million in synergies by merging its operations with Suez in Australia. Suez has 2100 employees and runs about 100 sites.
Mr Cakarnis said he expected the ACCC would have concerns with putting the two businesses together and would insist on divestments.
