Staff and students at a Melbourne primary school have been told to isolate as authorities listed the site as a COVID-19 exposure site.

An urgent health alert has been issued for a Melbourne primary school after Victorian authorities contacted staff and students saying a COVID close contact had been on site.
The Victorian Department of Health issued the alert to the Caulfield South Primary School community, instructing people to quarantine.
It is unclear how the southeast school became potentially exposed to the virus.
