Owners and developers are investing hundreds of millions of dollars on big plans to install boutique hotels, gentrified pubs and creative spaces.

AsheMorgan is working with developer TOGA, which in October submitted two development applications covering all three blocks, or about 40 per cent of the street frontage on the strip. TOGA has branded the proposed precinct The Darlinghurst Collection.
