The Super League club believes Israel Folau is still contracted to them in a fresh impediment to his ambition of playing for the Southport Tigers.
In a legal sense, they have repudiated that contract, Israel has accepted that repudiation and the contract is terminated. Thats the legal position. They dont have a leg to stand on.
