Canberra Liberal James Milligan re-enters ACT Legislative Assembly after Alistair Coe’s resignation
Gungahlin businessman James Milligan has re-entered the ACT Legislative Assembly as a Canberra Liberals member after losing his seat at last year’s election.

- He lost his seat in Yerrabi at last year’s election but will now fill the vacancy left by the retiring Alistair Coe
- Mr Milligan won a convincing majority of votes in the first round of the countback today
Mr Milligan, 42, takes the place of former opposition leader Alistair Coe, who announced in January he would retire from politics.
