It might seem like eons ago, but it was only early 2020 that Australia was devastated by record-breaking bushfires. We were encouraged to hit the road and support small businesses as they began to rebuild, taking a chilly bin so we could stock up on locally made goodies along the way. But then, COVID-19 hit and those plans were quashed — with many of our summer plans still up in the air. But, here’s hoping road trips come back in a big way soon as local communities will need support more than ever.
