Cameron Green has churned out an avalanche of runs over the last month and the purple patch of the prodigious all-rounder has now served up a screamer of a catch.
The 21-year-old pulled off one of the best catches of the summer in Western Australia’s one-day cup match against Queensland at The Gabba today.
A delivery belted by Jack Wildermuth off the bowling of Joel Paris appeared to be rocketing for four or even six over cover, until a 198-centimetre giant in the deep popped up out of nowhere.
