The Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM) launched its inaugural ‘Back to the Fire’ national conference series this week on Yirrganydji and Yidinji Country in Cairns.
It opened with the issue of visas to the 170 plus delegates from the Yidinji Sovereign Government, with further events to be held in cities and regional centres across Australia over coming weeks.
