Call of Duty Season 5 patch updates started rolling out as early as 11 p.m. PT on August 4 both for Modern Warfare and for Warzone. The Call of Duty Season 5
The Call of Duty Season 5 update was supposed to be released on August 5, but Gamespot notes that patch updates for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC started early, most likely due to the heavy update.
For PS4 players, the update weighed in at 33.9 GB, 49.8 GB on Xbox One, and 54.2 GB for PC players who own both the Modern Warfare and Warzone. Meanwhile, The Warzone only PC update got had a download size of 47.4 GB.
