Wales’ health minister has blamed people meeting indoors, not social distancing and going on holiday for the reason behind putting the entire borough of Caerphilly into lockdown.
Vaughan Gething announced on Monday evening that coronavirus laws will be tightened across Caerphilly which will stop people meeting indoors and require that masks are worn in all shops.
