Byron Bay ‘spa king’ drops $4.5m on New Farm penthouse

BYRON Bay property developer and ‘spa king’ Eddie Phillips has forked out about $4.5 million for an off-the-plan Brisbane penthouse.
Construction has started on the boutique residential development, Maison, in New Farm, where Phillips has snapped up the coveted top floor sky home.
