BUYERS are flocking to tennis champ Ash Barty’s home of Brookwater, with the suburb clocking up record sales in the final months of 2020.
Earlier this year, the World Number One women’s singles player bought a block of land in the Greater Springfield suburb and has been building her dream home on the site.
