Bush block with abandoned quarantine station in Townsville listed for sale
A large bush block with spectacular views and an abandoned quarantine station in North Queensland, which was recently listed for sale, is getting plenty of interest from developers.
Currently set aside as a ‘reserve for environmental park’, the 7.76 acre site at 1 The Esplanade, Cape Pallarenda, is being marketed by Colliers Townsville and is already getting plenty of interest from developers.
