Bunnings dog attack witness says owner ‘cradled’ her dying pet after it was mauled
Bunnings staff and customers desperately tried to prise a dog from the mouth of a larger dog during a “traumatic” and fatal attack which lasted about 10 minutes, a witness says.
Gina Gilmore was shopping in the garden section of the Bunnings store in Stafford, in Brisbane’s north, on Sunday afternoon.
When “a lady started screaming” near her, she and her partner rushed to the scene.
