Former Liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann will argue a corrupted hard drive and media reports are reasons a judge should dismiss charges he’s facing in Toowoomba.
Mr Lehrmann faces two charges of rape, alleged to have occurred in Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, in October 2021.
