‘last year I didn’t get that opportunity’

Brisbane Broncos veteran Alex Glenn has declared he wants another shot at club captaincy with new coach Kevin Walters to make a decision in the coming weeks.
Glenn, who captained Brisbane last year in a season which saw the club claim its first wooden spoon, was limited to just eight games due to hamstring and knee injuries. He also missed time following a deep cut which required surgery.
