Broncos boss opens door to have Bennett back despite Ikin’s Wayne warning – Fox Sports
Wayne Bennett’s return to Red Hill has gained more traction with Broncos chairman Karl Morris publicly declaring he would have the supercoach back at the embattled club.

Morris told The Courier Mail he actually offered Bennett a coaching director role, or similar, in 2018 when Brisbane was preparing for Bennett to vacate the coaching chair.
Now Brisbane is considering luring Bennett back in a job that would oversee the next coach, who is yet to be appointed in the wake of Anthony Seibolds sacking last month.
Bennett is contracted to South Sydney for 2021 but the Courier Mail reports the Rabbitohs may let him leave if he can find a longer-term job elsewhere.
