In a court proceeding for Britney’s ongoing conservatorship battle, the pop star’s lawyer has likened her mental state to that of a comatose patient.
TMZ has reported that Spears’ lawyer, Sam Ingham, says she lacks the mental clarity to sign a legal document. While she’s not physically comatose, she does not have enough understanding to be capable of signing legally-binding documents.
Ingham says that comatose patients have lawyers speak on their behalf, and that Spears needs the same treatmen…
