The British Army has pledged to aim for “equal access” to the coronavirus vaccine for people in England, no matter where they live.
A logistics commander made the vow today at Downing Street after complaints that the 1.5million doses given out so far were victims of a postcode lottery.
Outlining the scale of the challenge, Brigadier Phil Prosser said the Army had already done work “equivalent to setting up a major supermarket chain in less than a month.”
