ANOTHER boutique, luxury apartment project is bound for the blue-chip Brisbane suburb of New Farm as competition heats up.
Acclaimed architect Joe Adsett and his development partner, Craig Purdy, are teaming up again to create ‘Arcilla’ — a five-storey apartment building at 28 Maxwell Street.
There are now only two sky homes remaining in the New Farm project.
