Brisbane residents protesting plane noise stopped at gate
“It’s 75 decibels in my bedroom. That’s louder than a whipper-snipper, a lawnmower and air blower at once.

“You can’t talk on the phone or hear the TV.”
One resident called out during her speech to say he was selling his home because he could not cope with the noise.
