If it can happen in a pandemic, it can happen in any year. Yes, we’re talking about Brisbane Festival. After 2020’s event, which had to adjust to the new realities brought on by COVID-19, the annual celebration of arts and culture returns in 2021 — so mark Friday, September 3–Saturday, September 25 in your diary.
