WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT
A cat has died after it was allegedly found tortured in Brisbane, sparking fears of a serial offender and prompting an urgent warning to pet owners.
Cannon Hill woman Samantha Woodward said her short haired tabby Snowy was discovered by a member of the public on Barrack Road, with his two front legs and tail cut off last week.
She received a call from Snowy’s vet on Thursday, telling her they suspected he had been run over “but they weren’t entirely sure”.
