Brisbane business in US COVID-19 test coup

The US Food and Drug Administration granted the product an emergency use authorisation overnight in a major milestone for local business Ellume.It will mean the product can be sold in the US without a prescription and will be available to people aged two and over – even if they are not showing symptoms.The business’ founder and chief executive Dr Sean Parsons told The Courier-Mail that the product, which is manufactured in Brisbane, is set to be shipped to the US in the first week of January.
