Bride uses local swapping group to donate everything to her wedding – 9Honey
A US bride hoping to keep her wedding bill to $100 has angered members of a Facebook ‘swap group’ by posting numerous requests for donations.
Posting in the group “Buy No Things, Ann Arbor”, the Michigan woman claimed God “told her to” ask strangers for items in order to spend less money on her wedding.
She explained she had “challenged” herself to “spend less than $100 total” on the event, scheduled for September 20.
