With interest, we read the article by Chuang et al. about a study of 23 SARSCoV2positive patients presenting with neurological symptoms as the initial manifestation of the infection.1 It was concluded that patients with COVID19 can present with serious neurologic symptoms such as impaired consciousness and stroke even without typical COVID19 symptoms.1 The study is appealing but raises the following comments and concerns.
