Box Hill Hospital worker sparked northern suburbs outbreak – Sydney Morning Herald
The coronavirus outbreak in Melbourne’s northern suburbs was triggered by a hospital worker infected by a patient at Box Hill Hospital.
Among the households there are 39 confirmed cases of coronavirus and 25 close contacts.
For the first time since June 9, no new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Victoria overnight, while Melbourne’s 14-day average has dropped to just 3.6 new cases a day.
