Borders tighten and lockdown looms in wake of Melbourne outbreak
A Whittlesea man presented for testing on Sunday with respiratory symptoms and was found on Monday to have the coronavirus. Two household contacts and a relative from a separate household also have COVID-19.
The source of the outbreak remains unclear.
