Bogut won’t ‘bow’ down as NBL tries to ‘muzzle’ Aussie great
Andrew Bogut is in no mood to be told what to do as the Australian basketball great threatens to turn his back on the NBL.
Bogut, who has retired from the sport, returned to Australia in 2018 when he joined the Sydney Kings; part of his deal including an option to purchase 10 percent of the club.
And while Bogut represents a name and face that would be invaluable as part of Kings ownership, it is NBL owner Larry Kestelman who has left the one-time champion reconsidering his involvement.
