Twelve months after celebrating 25 years of rocking the rails between Queenscliff and Drysdale, stricter coronavirus shutdowns could signal the end of popular tourist attraction the Blues Train.
Hugo Armstrong, who started the Blues Train rolling in 1994, has received no income since March.
