BlackOakTV – Review 2021 – PCMag AU
A new, if slight, streaming home for Black web shows

Theres a tragic irony to the ongoing online video streaming wars. Although streaming technology has the potential to disrupt long-standing corporate media control, in reality, those same massive corporations offer the only services with widespread appeal. We really want to root for BlackOakTV, a new streaming service that focuses on independent Black entertainment. But, realistically, its extremely limited library cannot compete with the lineups of other services in its niche.
