Blackbird-backed Vow serves up lab-grown meat with Neil Perry – Sydney Morning Herald
Startup’s co-founder Tim Noakesmith says the trial highlights the potential of lab-grown meat someday making its way into kitchens, big and small.

“It’s a new creative playground for chefs just because you can start to design a new way of eating meat from the ground up,” Mr Noakesmith said. “Also because it’s ultimately more sustainable it has a fraction of the impact (on the environment) in terms of the production of meat that we see today.”
