Argyle street residents fight to counter a distillery approval they believe will create black mould.

As council approved a distillery on Argyle street, residents rushed to demonstrate distilleries can produce black mould that spreads as far as 400 metres from the site. Lord Mayor Anna Reynolds calls for the EPA to research and regulate so councils can make informed decisions. Residents say this photo shows black mould on the roof of another distillery in Hobart….
