Veteran wicketkeeper-batsman BJ Watling is poised to return from injury to play for New Zealand in the second test against the West Indies.
Watling missed the first test win in Hamilton with a hamstring injury but said on Tuesday hes close to full fitness and was confident hed be ready.
The second and final test of the series starts at the Basin Reserve on Friday.
It seems to be progressing pretty well, Watling said.
