Billionaire becomes first Aussie to own NBA team in $2.2bn deal – Fox Sports
Tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes has become the first Australian owner of an NBA team.

Cannon-Brookes is part of an ownership group including two other tech entrepreneurs – Ryan Smith and Ryan Sweeney – who have take over the reins at the Utah Jazz.
The Daily Telegraph reports that he paid a sum in the hundreds of millions of dollars to be part of the buy-in.
