Queensland started the season playing too loose but now they are relentless. Playing against them must feel like opposing a high tide.
1. Reds win may have been more decisive than it looked.
They are fast learners, this Queensland team. Earlier this year we wrote they were too loose to win Super Rugby AU, guilty of giving away too many cheap penalties. In the past two weeks they have given away just 15, the same number that a stressed Brumbies side gave up in Brisbane on Saturday. The Reds have, at least for now, closed that window they had left open for other teams and they are relentless.
