In a brief speech, Biden said “I’m not here to declare we’ve won. But I am here to report, when the count is finished, we believe we will be the winners”.
In a brief speech in Delaware alongside running mate Kamala Harris, Biden said: “It’s clear that we’re winning enough states to reach 270 electoral votes.”
He added: “I’m not here to declare we’ve won. But I am here to report, when the count is finished, we believe we will be the winners.”
Biden noted that he was on track to win the most votes of any presidential candidate in US history.
