‘Better than that’: Riewoldt reveals message to Dees young gun after sledge
Richmond star Jack Riewoldt has explained why he ran across the ground on Saturday night to speak with Melbourne youngster Kysaiah Pickett after the 19-year-olds scoreboard sledge.
After kicking a goal in the final term, Pickett got stuck into opponent Rhyan Mansell, pointing at the scoreboard and instigating a push-and-shove among players.
Riewoldt could be seen coming from the other side of the ground to say something to Pickett – which he unpacked on AFL 360.
