Seen playing basketball despite ‘knee injury’
Bernard Tomic has withdrawn from tonight’s Murray River Open match with fellow Aussie Marc Polmans.
Tomic was set to face Polmans in a first-round clash but has been forced to pull out due to a knee injury. Fellow Aussie Harry Bourchier will replace him.
Tomic’s withdrawal means fans won’t get to see the former world No.17 face Nick Kyrgios, with a second round match-up initially on the cards had both players played and won their respective opening round clashes.
