Bernard Tomic withdraws from lead-in event, dashes hopes of matchup against Nick Kyrgios – Fox Sports
Bernard Tomic has withdrawn from the first round of the Murray River Open, dashing hopes of a second-round matchup with fellow Australian Nick Kyrgios.

Tomic, who was scheduled to play Aussie world No.125 Marc Polmans on Monday night, pulled out on Monday afternoon, reportedly citing a knee injury.
The former world No.17, now ranked 229th, qualified for the Australian Open main draw in January, but has made headlines for the wrong reasons in the buildup, with partner Vanessa Sierra roundly criticised for her complaints in hotel quarantine.
