South Sydney recruit Benji Marshall has revealed new teammate Latrell Mitchell is putting in the pre-season extras to ensure “a big year” for the Bunnies.
Mitchell joined the club a year ago and was handed the No.1 jersey by coach Wayne Bennett.
He played a few games at fullback but then his season was ended by a serious hamstring injury, leaving fans wondering how the team would have fared with him in the side the entire year.
