Ben Simmons has uploaded a touching video which has since gone viral, showing his tearful brother reacting as he learns the Philadelphia 76ers star had gifted him a brand-new car.
Simmons went on Instagram live to wish his brother Sean Tribe a happy birthday and then went into his garage with the phone.
