A teenage boy who died trying to save a girl who fell from a waterfall has been hailed a hero.
Beau Liddell, 17, jumped into the water at Wappa Falls near Yandina to find a 17-year-old girl who had failed to resurface after falling from the waterfall about 2.30pm on Sunday.
