Both the Adelaide Strikers and Sydney Thunder have a chance to secure their ticket to the BBL finals with a win on Monday night.
The teams are squaring off for the second-consecutive night at Adelaide Oval with the winner joining the Sydney Sixers and Perth Scorchers as guaranteed finalists.
The loser, however, will need certain results to fall its way during Tuesdays triple-header, before the finals start on Friday.
The Thunder won the delayed bat flip and elected to bowl first against the Strikers.
