The family of the award-winning presenter says she died after complications from receiving the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine.
An award-winning journalist and UK radio presenter died aged 44 after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, her family says.
Lisa Shaw, 44, reportedly developed severe headaches before being hospitalised within a week of the jab.
Last Friday, she died in hospital.
Her family said she was treated for blood clots days after the inoculation.
In a statement reported by her employer – the BBC – her family said she was treated for clots and bleeding in her head.
