Basketball Australia racial equality review exposes cultural barriers for people of colour
The Australian Human Rights Commission (HRC) has heard the culture of Basketball Australia “can sometimes be exclusionary”, that progress can depend on “who you know”, and that the organisation “could better represent Australia’s diversity across their leadership positions”.
